Hats off to Brad Whitaker for selecting some rare cuts - a CD packed full of latin soul and salsa.

'A groovy little compilation of rare Latin cuts -- not all of them boogaloo and Latin Soul numbers, but all still pretty darn nice! The groove runs from Late 60s instrumental to 70s NuYorican funkers -- and titles include "Boogaloo Lebron" by The Lebron Brothers, "California" by Azquita, "Smoke" by the Latin Soul Rock All Stars, "Shingaling Baby" by Willie Bobo, and "Alone" by King Errison.

Second part of the Playtime-series is compiled by Brad Whitaker and features 13 pure '70s Latin Soul and Boogaloo tracks from the likes of TNT Boys, Ray & His Court, Lebron Brothers, Willie Bobo, Tito Puente, King Errison, Mongo Santamaria, Agua Bella, Latin Soul Rock All Stars, Azuquita, Katunga, José Mangual and El Chicano.
