'In 1995, the year of the 50th anniversary of the
Bela Bartok's death, the band - inspired by his works - composed new music pieces. The same year they had a series of concerts in England for classical audience, playing these pieces and traditional music collected by Béla Bartók. One of these successful concerts happened with the Lindsay String Quartet from England.
The band has toured regularly since its foundation putting out high energy, successful concerts. While on the road they also hold workshops and seminars to cultivate interest in Hungarian and southeast European folk music. They have played throughout Europe, including music festivals at Donaufest (Austria), Dranouter (Belgium), Skagen (Denmark), WOMAD (England), Tilburg (Holland), Shetland Festival (Scotland), and Segovia (Spain). They have also received air time on many of Europe's major radio stations such as BBC Radio Two (live), State Radio of Belgium, Denmark State Radio, etc.'
