Tara Fuki were winners of 'Angels 2001' Czech music awards 'Discovery of the year'
award and 'Best album of the year - Alternative' award for 'Piosenki do
snu'.
They play their own version of Czech contemporary music.
From Northern Moravia Andrea Konstankiewicz-Nazir and Dorota Barová both play the violoncello and compose their own music.
They met while studying music at the Ostrava Conservatory, Andrea featured in the band BOO as well the international music-dance formation Rale, meanwhile
Dorota was playing with the Brno-based alternative band Lippany.
They sing in Polish, Czech and French.
